Open Stochastic Trade # 9

Bought AEX Turbo Shorts 370 (Stoploss 358,24) this morning just below the AEX 357,33 level in accordance with todays stochastic trade setup.

Trend Trade & Investment Principle (TTIP)

The conditionality for a bullish ttip
(TTIP)
mode and an entry for a long trade is a positive cross of the 55 period SMA and an upsloping (2 higher lows) trend channel.

The conditionality for a bearish ttip
(TTIP)
mode and an entry for a short trade is a negative cross of the 55 period SMA and a downsloping (2 lower highs) trend channel.

Modes are only a prerequisite for trades, not an obligation.

The entry point for a trade is immediately after when the two conditions have been met. The initial stoploss is determined by the 55 period Simple Moving Average. The ultimate exit point for a ttip trade is when the established channel is violated. Channels are to be found in the updates in embedded charts or in the Public Charts Stochtrader. Daily Patterns are green (D), Weekly Patterns are blue (W), Monthly Patterns are red (M) and Yearly Patterns are purple (Y). Tentative Patterns are grey. Patterns with dotted lines have been violated.

Consolidation Trade Principle (CTP)

When we are not in a bullish or bearish ttip mode according to the Trend Trade & Investment Principle we are in a ctp (CTP) mode.

Modes are only a prerequisite for trades, not an obligation.

The conditionality for a bullish ctp mode and an entry for a long trade is at the lower Bollinger Band level (or use a self established range or pattern (e.g. channel, triangle, wedge)). Long trades should ultimately be reversed at the upper Bollinger Band level (or use a self established range or pattern (e.g. channel, triangle, wedge)).

The conditionality for a bearish ctp mode and an entry for a short trade is at the higher Bollinger Band level (or use a self established range or pattern (e.g. channel, triangle, wedge)). Short trades should ultimately be reversed at the lower Bollinger Band level (or use a self established range or pattern (e.g. channel, triangle, wedge)).
